Welcome to Running Start!
An Overview of Running Start:
College Courses for High School Students
- Do you want to earn college credit tuition-free?
- Do you want to have access to a wider variety of classes?
- Are you interested in taking courses with different aged students with new, diverse, and varying perspectives?
- Are you ready for college-level work?
If you can answer YES to the questions above – then Running Start is for you!
If you are a High School Junior or Senior in the State of Washington you may be eligible to take courses at Edmonds Community College, and Running Start will pay your tuition!
You will receive both high school credit toward graduation and college credit for classes taken at Edmonds!
As a Running Start student you may enroll simultaneously in high school and college classes, or solely in college classes.
